Steve Rose

Steve Rose brings with him decades of musical experience as a professional guitarist, performing with a number of bands in southwestern Ontario and as a soloist, and has performed across the province in everything from private functions to festivals to Battles of the Bands (taking several prizes), and offers versatility in many styles of playing and genres of music.
Steve has also compiled over 15 years experience in teaching all ages in private and group settings throughout the region in some of the area's most noted studios, but he is most recognizable for his work in the local community where he is active in a range of instructional outreach endeavours, from the Victoria Hills Community Centre's guitar program to on-site employee group lessons at the Region of Waterloo, to running guitar instruction for the Bridgeport Community Centre, and the Breithaupt Centre (City of Kitchener). Steve is a past instructor with the Waterloo Region District School Board as teacher for their continuing education program in guitar/music. Steve joined the Sound Factory Music School in 2016. |
