We offer programming to students of all ages, from preschoolers to senior citizens, across a variety of musical disciplines.
Convenient street parking and a neighbourhood location allow us to offer our students easy, hassle free access while benefitting from our professional facility and our experienced, highly trained teaching faculty. We believe that a music education isn't about just playing a musical instrument, it is essential to a child's overall development. While not many children are destined to become professional musicians, music education cultivates a comprehensive array of essential life skills. The ability to sit down with an instrument to amuse oneself, and maybe others, is also an asset and a pleasure that lasts a lifetime. There is cultural value and a civilizing influence in growing up with music - a return to social values, beauty and the good in life.

Our History |
Formed in the Fall of 2004 from an association of professional music teachers and incorporated in the Fall of 2005, our studio has flourished into one of the finest private music schools in Kitchener-Waterloo region. Our success comes from the calibre of our hand picked and entirely professional teaching staff and from our flexibility and attention to the individual needs of our students and their families.
The Sound Factory Music School was created for people of all ages and levels of ability and is recognised for its outstanding teaching staff, community service, and its commitment to lifelong learning. The high quality, practical and academic instruction we offer represents a constantly evolving selection of artistic endeavours that we are striving to carry into our next decade and beyond. |
