Our studio is committed to doing our best to protect the health of all of our staff, students and guests. We have implemented the following new protocols and practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we appreciate the cooperation of all those who visit our studio.
If you feel sick, stay at home! Anyone displaying symptoms of respiratory illness may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please exercise caution and think ahead, we're happy to do our best to reschedule your lesson if we have advanced notice. *Our staff reserves the right to refuse service without prior notice based on symptoms of illness at their full discretion, and these lessons may not be rescheduled.
Parents and guests are welcome to use our waiting room, but please exercise your best judgement and practices with regard to respiratory symptoms (cough, sneezing, etc.) to avoid spreading germs. We encourage those accompanying a student to wait outside or in-vehicle (in nice weather), or within the lesson studio space when possible, or utilize a drop-off/pick-up system if you feel a little bit under the weather,
We encourage both students and guests to practice good hygiene and wash your hands or use our sanitizer station upon entering the studio.
We respectfully ask that masks be worn in our common areas during periods of higher risk (new waves, col/flu season, or as advised by public health authorities). We ask that masks be worn within the teaching rooms if so requested by your teacher, who is also happy to wear a mask upon request if that is your preference. Please be respectful of others at all times.
Consumption of food or drink is not permitted within the studio facilities. *Staff are permitted food and drink within their studios only. Waste must be removed personally.
Contactless payment is available in the studio, and we accept e-transfer or credit details by phone.
Students must provide their own instruments with the exception of piano and drum students. Students are not permitted to borrow or use books or any other implements or equipment owned by the studio or the teacher (and vice versa). Bring it with you if you need it!
Online Lessons remain available for students who wish to avoid coming to the studio. We want to remain flexible to get you the instruction you need without putting anyone at risk so please think of your family and friends at all times when coming to visit us.
